To ensure you are able to log in correctly, you must make certain
configuration changes to your browser.
Please follow the below steps to make these adjustments.

Following are the configuration requirements for this site:
From the top menu bar, choose 'Tools'.
Select 'Internet Options'. The 'Internet Options' dialogue box opens.
Unde the 'General' category, choose 'Settings'. A 'Settings' dialogue
box opens
Under 'Check for newer version of stored pages' select 'Every visit
to the page'.
Click 'OK'.
To allow your browser to accept cookies:
If you are using Internet Explorer Version 5; as above, go to the
'Internet Options' dialog box.
Click on the 'Security' tab.
Click the 'Custom Level' button
Scroll down till you see the heading 'Allow cookies that are stored
on your computer'.
Under this heading, click 'Enable'.
If you are using Internet Explorer Version 6;
Click on the 'Tools' menu
Click Internet Option'
Click the 'Privacy' tab
Click 'Advanced'
Click 'Override Automatic Cookie Handling'.
To specify that you want Internet Explorer to always allow cookies
to be saved on your computer Click both Accept buttons and click
the 'Always Allow Session Cookies' box.
Your browser must be configured to use Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
technology.
To configure this, go to your menu bar, choose 'Tools'.
Select 'Internet Options'. The 'Internet Options' dialogue box opens.
Click on the 'Advanced' tab
Scroll down to the 'Security' section.
Ensure that the boxed labelled, "USE SSL 2.0', and 'USE SSL3.0'
are ticked
At the bottom of the dialogue box, click on 'Apply', then OK.
