• The US$60 Sign Up Bonus will be awarded on the player's first deposit if the first deposit is greater than or equal to US$20.
• Players must email Customer Care with "Sign Up Bonus" in the subject line of their email after making their first deposit. If a player does not email Customer Care, they will not receive the bonus.
• All eligible players will receive the US$60 Sign Up Bonus within 24 hours of making their first deposit.
• Players must make a minimum first deposit of US$20 to be eligible for the bonus.
• The first deposit Sign Up Bonus is for wagering purposes only. No withdrawal will be honoured for an amount less than the bonus amount and the amount of the first deposit sign up bonus will be deducted from a player's first withdrawal, regardless of when the first withdrawal occurs.
• Failure to comply will void any and all winnings, as well as bonus funds and may result in the player's account being suspended at Ausvegas' sole discretion.
• Players participating in this offer will be unable to withdraw funds from their player account until such time as turnover requirements have been met.
  Turnover requirements are as follows:
  - the total of the player's deposit and the bonus funds have been bet/wagered at least ten (10) times or played to extinction. For example, with an initial deposit of US$20 and a US$60 bonus, the wagering requirement would be at least US$800 before a withdrawal can occur.
  OR
  - you have wagered at least 100 times your maximum bet amount.
  - Whichever is greater will apply.
• For the game of Blackjack, Roulette, SicBo, Baccarat, Poker or any Video Poker, players will be unable to withdraw funds from their player account until such time as the total of the player's deposit and the bonus funds have been bet/wagered at least fifty (50) times or played to extinction.
  OR
  - you have wagered at least 100 times your maximum bet amount.
  - Whichever is greater will apply.
• Players wagering on a game which offers a double up or split option (like Blackjack) will need to meet turnover requirements on the total amount bet. Eg. Blackjack bet placed =$100 player chooses to double, therefore total bet is $200).Turnover requirements on the $200 will therefore apply.
• If a player has not:
  (a) wagered their first deposit and Sign Up Bonus to extinction, OR
  (b) made a withdrawal from their account;
  within 14 days of receiving the First Deposit Sign Up Bonus, the amount of the First Deposit Sign Up Bonus may be removed from the player's account at the discretion of Ausvegas.
• If a player has not accessed their account for a period of 6 months, all bonus funds paid to the player's account since registration of the account will be retrieved by Ausvegas.
• The first deposit sign up bonus is not available to players who have previously received an Ausvegas Sign Up Bonus or who reside in an Ausvegas non-cash gaming jurisdiction.
• The bonus is based on one player registering one cash account only at Ausvegas.
• Ausvegas reserves the right to review a player's transaction record. If, upon review, it appears that a player is participating in strategies, which Ausvegas deems to be fraudulent or abusive, we reserve the right to revoke any such bonus payments to the player and unsubscribe them from the mailing list.
  Ausvegas reserves the right to modify or terminate a promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice.

• All eligible players will receive the 50% second deposit bonus within 24 hours of making their second deposit.
• The maximum 50% second deposit sign up bonus payment receivable is US$100.

• Casino Comp periods are 00:00 Monday to 23:59 the following Sunday Australian Central Standard Time.
