We ask that you quote the correct amount which appears on your bank statement to our Customer Support staff. We will then upgrade your account in order for you to continue play.

Please note: Some banks are declining players' credit card transactions at Online Casinos. Therefore, under these circumstances, simply choose an alternate deposit method.

Unfortunately we cannot facilitate the payment of winnings back to your credit card.
